Species Highlights:
Striped Marlin fishing remains steady, with catches reported both near the bay and offshore while using lures and bait.” 🎣🌊
Wahoo: The bite is good although scarce they have been reported to bite on trolling lures, deep dive lures, deep dive rigged bait as well.
Mahi Mahi: Mahi bite is good without much pressure on them as many fishermen are targeting trophy billfish and large yellowfin tuna.
Tuna: The action is spread out with a few small schools of yellowfin just outside of the bay feeding on sardines. To large cows offshore up to 35 miles if you can find the schools on lures, bait, and flying fish off the kite.
Sailfish: While sailfish bite has slowed down it is still the season for them and a few are still being reported
Blue & Black Marlin: This season is looking to be the best in years, Blues and Blacks have been biting this past month, with many fish lost reported above 3, 4, and over 5 hundred lbs. Crews are dialing in on the lures that get most bites, 300lb leaders are being broken and many marlin above 250lbs caught and released. Dont miss your chance the bite is red hot.
